You will manage reporting architecture, coordinate workflows, and shape materials for Board, client, committee, and executive audiences. This role connects department-wide reporting, operations, and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and polish Board-level presentations and reporting materials
- Manage calendars for 50+ annual deliverables
- Coordinate reviews across three Corporate Risk & Audit branches
- Prioritize competing requests and stakeholder requirements




- Develop standardized templates and reporting quality standards

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- 3+ years in reporting, communications, or project coordination
- Advanced PowerPoint skills and Excel proficiency
- Ability to simplify complex information for executives
- Sound judgment managing confidential information independently
