ERTH Corporation seeks an IS/Cloud Specialist with cloud administration and Microsoft 365 expertise for its Ingersoll, Ontario head office. Limited hybrid flexibility depends on operational requirements.

This position supports ERTH’s technology infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity setting, and end-user services. The role covers AWS, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, enterprise infrastructure, and technical support. It combines operational administration with project-based technology enhancements aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support staff and stakeholders through troubleshooting and incident resolution
- Administer AWS, Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments
- Maintain infrastructure, networks, security, and data protection systems
- Manage virtualization, storage, backup,



and disaster recovery solutions
- Document systems, procedures, diagrams, and recovery plans

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in information technology or related discipline
- Experience supporting enterprise servers, networking, virtualization, and cloud environments
- Hands-on Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy knowledge
- Microsoft 365 administration experience, including Exchange Online and Teams
- AWS or Microsoft Azure administration experience
