As Manager, Data Science, you will lead a growing team and partner with platform engineering on production delivery. The work spans product, platform, and people, including scheduling, hiring, payroll, pricing, personalization, and sales or marketing targeting. You will collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Design.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and grow high-performing data scientists
- Mentor scientists to think like product owners
- Bring models from proof-of-concept into production
- Design A/B and multivariate experiments
- Advise cross-functional and executive stakeholders

Requirements:

- 2+ years leading, mentoring, and growing data scientists
- 6+ years in data science, machine learning, or AI development
- Proven record shipping machine learning models into production
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Strong machine learning background and partnership skills
