The Financial Controller oversees accounting and financial operations while providing leadership to the accounting team. You will prepare reporting packages, manage cash flow, strengthen controls, and support executive leadership, department managers, and Project Managers. The work includes operational oversight, compliance, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct company accounting and financial operations
- Prepare monthly Profit and Loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports
- Monitor daily cash flow and rolling forecasts
- Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting team members




- Administer QuickBooks and improve financial system integrations

Requirements:

- Minimum five years progressive accounting experience
- One to two years supervisory or management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
- Advanced QuickBooks proficiency required
- Solid accounting, reporting, budgeting, and controls knowledge
