Protect Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s retail assets through investigations, risk reduction, and operational security leadership. The position reports to the Regional Asset Protection Manager.

As Retail Asset Protection Manager, you will lead asset protection across people, property, and proprietary information. Your work includes shrink reduction, compliance, auditing, investigations, inventory loss prevention, and training. You will also support regional initiatives and build partnerships with regulatory agencies, police, asset protection departments, and store employees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead asset protection planning, analysis, evaluation, and execution
- Identify operational processes and training gaps causing shrink
- Audit stores against asset protection programs and procedures




- Lead internal and external criminal activity investigations
- Promote shrink elimination education, awareness, and training

Requirements:

- Two to four years of retail asset protection experience
- Bachelor’s degree in criminology, business administration, or related discipline preferred
- Restricted and non-restricted Firearm PAL eligibility required
- Provincial Security Guard License eligibility required
- Experience with CCTV, Card Access, Burglar, and Exception Based Reporting
