The work spans midstream and pipelines, power and utilities, industrial infrastructure, and emerging energy-transition markets. Success includes workforce readiness, employee development, technical quality, compliance, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set strategic direction for the Energy Group across Western Canada
- Lead Team Leads and strengthen succession, development, and retention planning
- Align workforce supply with project demand and opportunity pipelines
- Uphold safety, ethics, compliance, technical quality,



and delivery standards
- Support pursuits, operational reviews, and cross-business collaboration

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Alberta Professional Engineer designation or eligibility for registration
- 15+ years in energy, resources, utilities, or related sectors
- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering or operational teams
- Robust Western Canadian Energy and Resources market understanding
