Canada Post seeks a Director, Engineering & Maintenance (West) to direct plant-level teams and resources. This permanent, full-time position oversees maintenance strategies, asset life cycles, equipment reliability, and operational support. You will develop talent through coaching, succession planning, training, and professional development while managing budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain safety culture through visible leadership
- Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance execution
- Partner with Operations leadership on equipment reliability




- Identify asset replacement and life extension requirements
- Drive process excellence and manage organizational resources

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Seven to ten years’ manufacturing experience
- Unionized environment experience and people management experience
- Safety leadership experience in an industrial setting
- Provincial professional engineering designation eligibility
