As Personal Lines Team Lead, you will lead and motivate Service Brokers while fostering respect, transparency, and community. The role combines mentorship, performance analysis, staffing support, and training facilitation. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate Personal Lines Service Brokers

Requirements:

- Alberta Insurance License Level 2
- At least five years in an insurance brokerage
- Proven team leadership and development experience
