The HR Generalist supports Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and WSIB programs across TRCA. You will advise managers, assist employees, and contribute to learning, development, advantages, and wellness initiatives. The position also supports return-to-work planning and related HR projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to complex illness and injury inquiries
- Manage STD and LTD claims through established processes
- Lead WSIB claims and return-to-work plans
- Coordinate medical accommodations and modified work
- Support wellness learning and development initiatives

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in human resources or related field
- Three or more years of relevant HR experience
- Experience managing disability and return-to-work protocols
- Ontario Class G2 driver's license
- Knowledge of accessibility legislation and MS Office
