Lead aluminum die casting and machining engineering at Pangeo’s Vaughan plant, guiding process planning, tooling, and technical problem-solving. This is an on-site role.

As Engineering Manager, you lead Manufacturing Engineering through Project North start-up, ramp, and volume production. You will shape process routes, equipment selection, tooling, fixtures, launches, and continuous improvement. The role requires technical leadership across Production, Quality, Equipment/Maintenance, and Purchasing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Manufacturing Engineering performance through plant start-up and ramp
- Plan process routes, equipment selection, tooling, and fixture concepts
- Support new product launches and running production programs
- Improve efficiency, cost, safety, quality, capacity,



and OEE
- Develop engineering talent and approve technical project documentation

Requirements:

- Three or more years of technical manufacturing management experience
- Diploma or degree in engineering or related field
- Hands-on aluminum die casting and machining process experience
- Robust IATF 16949 knowledge; P.Eng. designation an asset
- Microsoft 365 and engineering or CAD software proficiency
