Maintain instrumentation, electrical equipment, and PLCs as Linde Canada’s Instrumentation and Controls Technician in Thunder Bay, Ontario.

This full time technician supports Linde’s Air Separation Plant and VPSA under the Plant Manager. The work includes calibrating safety systems, troubleshooting process equipment, maintaining Allen Bradley PLCs, and coordinating preventative maintenance. Industrial plant experience and systematic troubleshooting are central to the assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain plant instrumentation and electrical equipment
- Calibrate critical safety and quality control systems
- Troubleshoot actuators, transmitters, sensors, and analyzers
- Maintain PLCs and implement required logic changes
- Manage preventative maintenance work orders and schedules

Requirements:

- AEC or DEP in industrial automation
- Journeyman certificate in Industrial Instrumentation or Electrical
- Three to five years in an industrial plant environment
- Working knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs and Rosemount instruments
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
