As a Railway Infrastructure Specialist, you will serve as a technical authority within multidisciplinary engineering teams. The position focuses on railway design criteria, geometric design, technical analysis, and integration. You will help deliver major railway and public transit projects while guiding internal standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead complex railway infrastructure design, integration, and implementation challenges
- Develop and maintain railway design criteria and standards
- Perform technical analyses and recommend appropriate solutions

- Mentor engineers and designers through knowledge-transfer initiatives

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Membership in the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
- Ten to fifteen years of relevant railway infrastructure experience
- Knowledge of railway design and AREMA standards
- Advanced Autodesk Civil 3D proficiency and technical leadership
