Power Supply Chain reporting at Specsavers in a hybrid Burnaby role using Excel, Power BI, and Power Query every week. Support inventory visibility and product movement across Canadian operations from the Support Office and Distribution Centre.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Operations Manager, this administrator delivers reporting, data administration, and inventory management support. You will maintain KPI reports, develop dashboards, validate source files, and assist Demand Planning. The position also supports order monitoring, returns, product data, and Infor M3 maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Produce and distribute Supply Chain KPI and inventory reports
- Develop Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting solutions
- Validate source files and resolve data quality issues




- Monitor order loads and coordinate load failure resolution
- Maintain WMS data, SKUs, and product availability records

Requirements:

- Three or more years in administration, reporting, or analytics
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Power Query knowledge
- Robust reporting, data handling, and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize deadlines and balance competing demands
- Customer-focused, organized, and capable of independent teamwork
