Deliver investment advice through phone and E-services as a Tangerine Advisor, using communication skills and client-focused financial guidance. Bilingual French and English required.

As a Level 1 Tangerine Advisor, you will coach, educate, and enable Canadians to become better investors. You will assess financial situations, explain investment strategies, recommend suitable products, and service investment and deposit inquiries. The role reports to the Manager of Tangerine Investments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess client situations and mutual fund suitability
- Explain investment strategies using accessible language
- Recommend tailored investment products and strategies
- Process trades and account maintenance accurately
- Meet phone and E-services productivity, sales, and quality targets

Requirements:

- Bilingual French and English communication
- Minimum high school diploma
- Two to three years’ retail, sales, or customer service experience
- Successful completion of CSC or IFIC
- Excellent sales, service, writing, and reading comprehension skills

Support Tangerine clients with investment education, tailored recommendations, accurate servicing, and compliant financial guidance across digital channels.
