Lead aircraft loads engineering at BOMBARDIER through aeroelastic analysis, technical approval, and coordinated work across product programs.

This senior technical expert guides the Loads group across planning, execution, quality, and problem resolution. The position requires aerospace experience, team leadership, FAR 25 knowledge, and strong static and dynamic aeroelastic loads analysis expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate Loads group activities across product lines
- Define work scope and validate required effort
- Review and approve technical work as peer reviewer
- Coordinate aircraft-level investigations using PSS methodology
- Document lessons learned and maintain common approaches

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in aeronautics or mechanical engineering
- Over 20 years of relevant aerospace loads experience
- More than 10 years leading loads assessment engineers
- Strong static and dynamic aeroelastic loads analysis experience
- Positive understanding of FAR 25 certification requirements
