This President provides executive leadership and strategic direction for operational, commercial, and financial performance. The role translates business vision into multi-year strategies, leads Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, HR, Engineering, and Quality, and drives sustainable profitability. Continuous improvement, safety, and production quality remain central priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop multi-year strategies and operational plans aligned with Board objectives
- Lead and evaluate executive leadership across core functions
- Oversee plant operations, scheduling, maintenance, and capital projects

Six Sigma, Kaizen, and OEE improvements
- Manage full P&L;, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business, or related technical field
- MBA preferred
- 15+ years progressive manufacturing leadership experience
- 5+ years in a senior executive role
- Experience managing P&L; and high-volume or multi-site operations
