The role requires deep expertise in fixed-plant reliability, condition monitoring, and lifecycle management, with a focus on SAG/ball mills and associated equipment.

You will collaborate across Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, Planning, OEMs, and contractors, drive RCA investigations, and mentor teams while
