Lead finance strategy, M&A;, and IFRS accounting at Planitar, supporting growth from a scaling technology business. This is a hands-on leadership role.

As Vice President, Finance, you will lead Planitar’s finance function and team of 5-8. The role partners with the CEO and executive team on financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, M&A;, and reporting. You will build scalable processes, controls, and FP&A; capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own planning, accounting, billing, treasury, and financial reporting
- Lead and develop finance and billing specialists
- Drive global M&A; evaluation, diligence, and integration
- Implement scalable processes, controls, and financial systems
- Advise executives on capital structure and long-term planning

Requirements:

- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Prior Vice President-level finance experience
- Global M&A; and multi-jurisdiction finance experience
- People leadership experience managing teams of five or more
- NetSuite or broader ERP implementation experience preferred
