CMHA Peel Dufferin invites applications for an Immediate Intervention Specialist to join the Black Health and Social Services MDT. This in office, permanent role focuses on crisis assessment, immediate intervention, and connection to services within a BAC community hub.

The successful candidate will assess needs, coordinate care, and support group activities while collaborating with other specialists to meet regional demand and equity goals.
