As Senior Project Manager, you will oversee development, construction, and renovation projects for internal and external customers across Canada. You will supervise project teams while managing contracts, estimating, purchasing, financial reporting, and project documentation. The work also requires stakeholder communication, safety enforcement, and coordination with design, development, and property management disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise estimators, superintendents, managers, engineers, and coordinators
- Establish and communicate master project schedules
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, controls, and documentation
- Oversee quality assurance, field operations,



and engineering processes
- Foster owner, architect, subcontractor, vendor, and stakeholder relationships

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree and ten years' related experience, or equivalent background
- Knowledge of construction costs, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, HS&E;, and engineering
- Ability to understand contracts, drawings, specifications, scopes, and schedules
- Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office
- Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed
