Lead high-voltage substation engineering in Calgary or Vancouver on a hybrid schedule, coordinating transmission projects from conception through construction.

Qualus seeks a Project Engineer for its T&D; business, supporting 12 kV to 500 kV overhead and underground projects. The work spans electrical, civil, structural, telecom, and protection and control disciplines. You will support project managers, coordinate deliverables, and maintain project progress.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead engineering coordination from conceptual design through construction
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and project deliverables
- Prepare construction specifications, proposals, estimates, and budgets
- Review designs and vendor documents against specifications
- Coordinate construction,



commissioning, procurement, and project documentation

Requirements:

- Electrical Engineering degree from a recognized university
- Canadian P.Eng. designation or ability to register with EGBC
- Eight to fifteen years of substation electrical experience
- Experience interfacing structural and protection and control disciplines
- Understanding of CSA, NESC, and ANSI / IEEE standards
