Brandt seeks a Foreman for its High River Agriculture dealership service department. This full time position supervises service quality and productivity while supporting technicians, customers, and Service Advisors. The Foreman may act as Service Manager during absences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assign jobs and work orders according to employee skills
- Guide diagnosis of machine problems for technicians and apprentices
- Review repair orders for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate technician training and quarterly safety meetings
- Respond to customer technical questions and complaints

Requirements:

- Three or more years as a Service Technician
- Journeyman certification preferred
- Hydraulic and electrical agricultural equipment diagnosis experience preferred
- Ability to lead and coach others
- Microsoft Office and internet application proficiency
