As a General Claims Adjuster on the Technical Services Team, you will handle multi-line claims, focusing on commercial and personal property. The work includes loss investigation, settlement negotiation, expert coordination, and customer relationship management. You will support large-loss claims across diverse industries and geographic regions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate multi-line claims through detailed loss investigation
- Review and analyze experts’ reports
- Select and direct independent experts
- Negotiate settlements under provincial licensing requirements
- Identify and pursue subrogation opportunities

Requirements:

- Five or more years handling large-loss commercial claims
- Experience with liability and technical claims handling
- Construction and property background preferred
- Commercial policy interpretation experience
- Licensed or pursuing CIP or FCIP designation
