As a Senior GTM Program Manager, you will work within GTM Performance & Strategy. You will manage market expansion, Current Product Introduction, acquisitions, and GTM transformation. Success requires cross-functional leadership, channel-led GTM experience, and practical operating mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead cross-functional programs from definition through execution
- Translate ambiguity into outcomes, milestones, dependencies, and risks
- Coordinate launches through formal NPI stage gates
- Build operating rhythms providing visibility and accountability




- Prepare executive updates covering tradeoffs and decisions

Requirements:

- Six-plus years in strategic program management or related work
- Experience within technology or SaaS organizations
- Channel-led or channel-centric go-to-market experience
- Experience leading complex programs with senior executives
- Experience using AI, automation, and program-management tools
