As Carrier Sourcing Coordinator, you will identify, vet, and onboard carriers for seasonal and year-round demand. You will manage carrier relationships, compliance, performance, and capacity while partnering with transportation planners, customer service, and warehouse teams. The role also supports sourcing strategy through market and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and vet carriers by region and service type
- Negotiate rates for competitive transportation pricing
- Onboard carriers under safety, insurance, and contract standards




- Maintain carrier relationships supporting load coverage and performance
- Monitor freight trends, capacity shifts, and spot rates

Requirements:

- Minimum five years in logistics, transportation, or supply chain
- Robust communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities
- Microsoft Excel, TMS, and logistics software proficiency
- Understanding of regulations and carrier compliance requirements
- Advanced spoken and written English and French
