As Engineering Manager, you will guide development, quality, delivery, and operations for an enterprise AI knowledge and retrieval platform. Build RAG pipelines, document ingestion, APIs, enterprise integrations, and AI agent capabilities. Partner with the VP of Engineering on architecture, priorities, and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead ContentIQ development, delivery, operations, and production readiness
- Write production Python and React applications alongside engineers

Requirements:

- Five to ten years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong hands-on Python and React development skills

- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
