Assess dysphagia and communication needs as a Speech-Language Pathologist with William Osler Health System across Brampton and Etobicoke.

Reporting to the Clinical Services Manager, Professional Practitioner, this position delivers speech-language pathology care within Osler’s hospital system. You will manage swallowing and communication assessments, explain findings, and support patients, families, and inter-professional teams. The work includes clinical and instrumental assessment, education, referrals, and team participation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and manage dysphagia through clinical and instrumental methods
- Screen, assess, and manage communication needs
- Provide accessible education, resources, and referrals
- Relay assessment findings to patients, families,



and teams
- Attend speech-language pathology meetings and education sessions

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Registration in good standing with the Ontario college
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Computer literacy; Meditech experience is an asset
- Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams and manage time
