As Senior Consultant, AI Strategy & Program Execution, you will support initiatives across Sun Life’s AI portfolio. You will analyze ambiguous problems, develop recommendations, and drive assigned workstreams from concept through execution. The role coordinates business, technology, architecture, security, governance, and operational stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Structure ambiguous AI challenges into options, recommendations, and actions
- Develop AI strategies, business cases, frameworks, and roadmaps
- Lead assigned workstreams through milestones, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and escalations




- Prepare executive presentations and strategic recommendations

Requirements:

- Three or more years in strategy, consulting, transformation, or program leadership
- Experience managing workplans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ability to analyze ambiguity and translate recommendations into action
- Experience developing roadmaps, business cases, or executive presentations
- Ability to operate strategically and execute independently
