Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to technicians and distributors
- Prioritize requests through the designated ticketing system
- Analyze equipment failures and recommend solutions




- Train teams on products and the Business Portal
- Develop the service department’s yearly training plan

Requirements:

- Strong technical air compressor knowledge
- Electrical diagnostics skills and technical education
- Customer or distributor communication experience
- Robust computer literacy and communication skills
- English fluency, clean driver’s abstract, and travel flexibility
