Lead corporate finance planning in Toronto through advanced Excel, forecasting, and executive reporting for Audit and Legal & Secretaries.

As Manager, Corporate Function Finance, you will deliver month-end results, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and business line allocations. Scotiabank relies on this role for financial analysis, controls, management reporting, and timely insights. You will partner with function leaders, budget coordinators, HR partners, and Business Line Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead budgeting and analysis activities with function department heads
- Prepare planning packages, executive commentary, and presentation materials
- Validate assumptions and consolidate statistical information for submissions
- Maintain controls, templates, and processes improving data integrity




- Analyze allocation methodologies, rate updates, and business line impacts

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- Qualified accounting designation or progress toward one preferred
- Strong financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for executive materials
- Strong relationship management with senior and cross-functional stakeholders
