Deliverect is seeking a focused Reliability Engineer to join our Product Department in North America. You will own incidents, optimize API-driven backend systems built with Python and Flask, and implement proactive monitoring across Commerce, Kiosk, Dispatch, and Restaurant products.

Collaboration with engineering and customer-facing teams is essential to prevent outages and improve uptime. You will work in a time zone aligned with North American operations, building scalable detection
