Responsibilities include claim strategy, reserves, coverage verification, and customer service. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct commercial liability claims from minor to complex severity
- Investigate, analyze, evaluate, and adjust assigned claims

Requirements:

- Fluency in written and spoken French and English
- Relevant university or college degree, or equivalent experience
- AMF Commercial Claims Adjuster Certificate or Quebec Bar membership
- Casualty claims, insurance, law, or related experience
- Three to five years of relevant experience preferred
