Our client is a boutique, growing real estate firm managing mid-rise residential communities and mixed use commercial suites across Ontario. As Senior Property Manager, you will oversee primarily retail buildings, multiple teams, and portfolio performance. The work combines operational leadership, tenant relations, budgeting, risk management, and legislative compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily management of mixed use retail commercial properties
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and preventative maintenance standards
- Coach and manage site team performance
- Monitor financial performance, variances, forecasts,



and budgets
- Manage tenant turnover, chargebacks, vendors, and capital planning

Requirements:

- Seven to ten years of progressive residential property management experience
- Direct experience managing commercial units and budgets
- Solid Yardi Voyager reporting knowledge and data accuracy
- Advanced understanding of Ontario Tenancies Act and LTB processes
- Experience leading site teams and commercial lease-ups
