Lead heavy equipment service operations for Brandt Tractor Ltd in Stoney Creek, organizing technicians and maintaining repair quality. Full-time work supports the Service Department.

The Foreman reports to the Stoney Creek location and supervises service technicians. This position coordinates daily work, supports quality control, and advises the Service Manager on technician skills and training needs. Strong organization, communication, and customer service are central to the role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize daily service work and technician dispatch
- Supervise technicians and maintain repair quality control
- Advise and mentor technicians on service work
- Manage work orders, warranty preparation, and department costs
- Maintain schedules,

Requirements:

- Certified Heavy Duty Equipment Technician journeyman or equivalent trade
- Heavy equipment mechanical experience considered an asset
- Familiarity with John Deere and competitive products preferred
- Robust organizational and basic Microsoft Office skills
- After-hours availability and ability to lift 50 pounds
