As Vice President, Fleet – Canada, you will support senior executives and lead the complete fleet lifecycle. Your scope includes vehicle procurement, asset management, remarketing, forecasting, and regulatory compliance. You will develop teams, partnerships, and scalable processes supporting Canadian growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute Canada fleet strategy aligned with company objectives
- Lead remarketing and expand the Canadian regional dealer network
- Manage procurement, planning, allocation, utilization, and disposition
- Establish metrics, governance, controls, and compliant fleet processes




- Build and lead a high-performing Fleet organization

Requirements:

- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in relevant industries
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, supply chain, or related field
- Applicable provincial sales or dealer licensing, or prompt eligibility
- Robust financial, analytical, negotiation, and executive communication capabilities
- Willingness to travel across Canada and internationally up to 25%
