Support marketing operations through advanced Excel and accurate data management at Immomarketing. This full time permanent position coordinates leasing information and deadlines.

As an Administrative Technician, you will support several real estate projects within Immomarketing’s marketing department. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Real Estate Development, you will manage listings, compile leasing data, track expenses, and maintain administrative records. The work requires independence, precision, and strong organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Update rental listings across various advertising platforms
- Prepare weekly reports covering leasing performance metrics
- Track invoices, expenses, contracts, renewals, and deadlines
- Maintain databases, documents, dashboards,



and reference materials
- Support marketing campaigns and improve administrative workflows

Requirements:

- College diploma in Administrative Techniques, Office Administration, or equivalent
- Minimum three years of experience in a similar role
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, filters, and pivot tables
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Excellent written French and working English knowledge is an asset
