The Red Seal Technician performs vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance under manufacturer guidelines, dealership policies, and warranty requirements. Reporting to the Service Manager, this position supports service department productivity, accurate documentation, and positive customer relationships. Candidates need automotive certification or equivalent apprenticeship enrollment, repair experience, and solid mechanical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance according to repair orders
- Road test vehicles before and after servicing
- Document services and repairs thoroughly in work orders




- Notify Service Advisors about additional repairs, parts, or labor
- Follow manufacturer warranty procedures and dealership policies

Requirements:

- Automotive Technician certification or equivalent apprenticeship enrollment
- Red Seal certification is an asset
- Previous automotive repair and diagnostics experience
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean record
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada
