Indigo is seeking a Customer Operations Leader – Store Experience to drive customer service excellence and omni-channel sales in our Langley area store. You’ll coach CERs, lead store initiatives, and champion a customer-first culture while managing payment flows and store operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service or operations, show leadership ability, and understand health and safety standards. Eligible candidates must be versatile to evenings and weekends.
