Trans Mountain Corporation seeks a Senior Financial Systems Analyst, Governance reporting to the Financial Systems Manager. You will manage vendor onboarding, financial systems controls, and governance processes. The work supports data quality, audits, security reviews, policy implementation, and operational effectiveness across business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead vendor onboarding and master data management processes
- Maintain standards, controls, and procedures for data integrity
- Lead security reviews and monitor financial systems control effectiveness




- Support audits through system walkthroughs and requested documentation
- Convert policies into practical system requirements and controls

Requirements:

- Seven to nine years configuring financial systems in similar roles
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Chartered Professional Accountant designation preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Understanding of accounting processes, controls, and audit evidence requirements
