Intersect is seeking an experienced BESS Operations Engineer to own the performance, safety, and reliability of our utility-scale battery energy storage fleet. You will analyze operational data, perform root causes, and collaborate with field teams and OEMs to minimize downtime and drive improvements.

You will also monitor metrics like availability, capacity, SOC, and cycling, and help design fleet-wide upgrades.
