This senior Infrastructure and Civil Project Leader will lead major multidisciplinary projects across Western Canada and Canada. The position supports Arup’s Vancouver presence through client leadership, delivery governance, pursuit shaping, and market growth. Focus areas include transportation, energy, water, property-related infrastructure, and climate resilient civil infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead major infrastructure projects and complex multidisciplinary teams
- Provide strategic oversight, client leadership, and delivery governance
- Build trusted public and private sector client relationships
- Shape pursuits, win strategies, proposals,



and bid submissions
- Mentor project teams and strengthen Vancouver delivery capability

Requirements:

- 15+ years pursuing and delivering large-scale infrastructure projects
- British Columbia Skilled Engineer designation required
- Senior leadership experience on complex multidisciplinary infrastructure projects
- Understanding of British Columbia procurement and delivery models
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field
