As a Territory Manager, you will sell new and used compact construction equipment within an assigned Area of Responsibility. The position develops business opportunities, strengthens customer relationships, and supports revenue and market share growth. You will promote Brandt’s equipment line while pursuing sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop territory sales strategies for revenue and market share growth
- Prospect for current business opportunities and pursue growth targets
- Promote compact construction equipment to existing and potential customers
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms for profitability and satisfaction




- Maintain customer relationships supporting retention, repeat business, and referrals

Requirements:

- Three to five years’ sales experience is an asset
- Construction, agricultural, or heavy equipment industry experience is preferred
- Knowledge of skid steers, track loaders, mini excavators, and wheel loaders
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
