The Senior Architect coordinates projects from initiation through design development, construction documents, and contract administration. You will manage internal client relationships, guide project teams, and review drawings for quality. The work also includes mentoring junior staff and developing envelope solutions meeting regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate projects and teams through all design stages
- Prepare construction documents and administer contracts
- Manage internal client relationships and team communication
- Mentor junior staff and coordinate with other disciplines
- Review drawings for quality and consistency

Requirements:

- Registered Architect in a Canadian jurisdiction
- Eight years of post-registration experience
- Experience producing detailed design documents and specifications
- In-depth knowledge of the building code
- Working knowledge of Revit is required
