Build AWS platforms with Terraform and Kubernetes in Montreal, improving delivery reliability, security, and efficiency for engineering teams. This permanent position supports Plusgrade’s platform environment.

As a Platform Developer, you’ll contribute to infrastructure, deployment workflows, and operational tooling used by Plusgrade engineering teams. You’ll work with Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines. The work includes automation, monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, and thoughtful AI-assisted development while preserving reliability, security, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build, maintain, and improve infrastructure as code
- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
- Develop platform components and operational tooling




- Monitor, alert, and troubleshoot platform systems
- Share documentation and reusable engineering patterns

Requirements:

- At least three years’ platform engineering experience
- Experience with cloud environments and containers
