Lead strategic medical device programmes at OrganOx in Oxford, applying programme leadership and regulatory expertise onsite with flexibility.

The Programme Manager (R&D;) delivers Current Product Development programmes across the complete product lifecycle. You will integrate technical development, quality, regulatory activities, manufacturing readiness, commercial objectives, and organisational priorities. The role requires experienced leadership within regulated medical device environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead programmes from concept through product launch
- Maintain integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, and governance
- Manage budgets, forecasts, risks, issues, and resources
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and executive reporting




- Ensure design control and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

- Eight to ten years programme and project management experience
- Medical device, pharmaceutical, or equivalent project management experience
- Knowledge of ISO 13485, IEC 60601, and ISO 14971
- Degree, preferably in engineering or science
- Recognised project management accreditation such as PMP, Agile, or Prince2
