- Guide Project Superintendents across multiple project locations
- Visit job sites throughout the managed territory
- Support safety, quality, and operational best practices
- Analyze data and collaborate on budget creation
- Support teams across multiple locations with autonomy

Requirements:

- At least 10 years of civil construction industry experience
- Proven people leadership experience
- Technical paving and road building expertise
- Travel flexibility across Southern Ontario
- Post-secondary civil construction education highly regarded
