You will shape solution architecture, security, and integrations across Microsoft, SAP, Workday, Okta, and ADP. The position combines technical workshops, executive presentations, project management, and customer communications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead technical design and rollout plans for enterprise implementations
- Run discovery workshops with IT, security, and business stakeholders
- Oversee integrations across multi-system and multi-region landscapes




- Guide customers using Staffbase APIs and SDKs
- Troubleshoot implementation issues through logs and command line

Requirements:

- Skilled fluency in written and verbal English and Spanish
- Five-plus years in development, consulting, services, or sales engineering
- Experience with enterprise-scale SaaS deployments
- Strong integration, solution architecture, and security grounding
- HTML, CSS, and one language such as JavaScript, Java, PHP, or Node.js
