As EverCommerce’s Staff Engineer, you will connect Finance, Human Resources, Sales Operations, and CRM systems. You will translate operational needs into architectures, develop production-ready solutions, and guide delivery from discovery through deployment. The work spans Java 17/21, Spring Boot, TypeScript, React, AWS, and integration platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver end-to-end enterprise software solutions
- Lead architecture reviews and strengthen code quality practices
- Develop Java microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven systems




- Build internal dashboards and workflow automation tools
- Mentor engineers across distributed technical teams

Requirements:

- At least eight years of software engineering experience
