As Procurement Lead, you will report to the Strategic Supply Manager and guide purchasing for CANDU fuel-handling equipment. The work covers vendor selection, sourcing strategy, contracts, supplier performance, and cross-functional cost improvement. You will support equipment used in remote control, specialized tooling, and process plant systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily purchasing, vendor selection, and quote evaluation activities
- Release high-value purchase orders and negotiate supplier agreements
- Develop sourcing strategies and qualify capable suppliers
- Administer contracts, claims, discrepancies,



and corrective actions
- Guide team goals, training, procedures, and performance improvement

Requirements:

- Ten years of procurement leadership experience
- Five years of experience working in the nuclear field
- Engineering or technology degree, or five years technical experience
- Knowledge of nuclear standards, codes, drawings, and technical documents
- Supplier negotiation, communication, leadership, risk, and quality capabilities
