Aerotek seeks an experienced Structures Technician for an MRO setting supporting B737s, C-130s, helicopters, and business jets. You will work independently while leading hangar-floor projects involving structural repairs, sheet metal, and major modification programs. The position requires accurate maintenance documentation and compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform heavy structural repairs, modifications, and sheet metal work
- Support B737 conversions and heavy maintenance checks
- Repair and install frames, ribs, doublers, mounts, and brackets
- Coordinate project tasks, resources,



and timelines on hangar floors
- Travel across Canada and internationally as required

Requirements:

- Five-plus years of aircraft structures experience in MRO or AMO
- Five-plus years of heavy modification and C-check experience
- Strong aircraft sheet metal and structural repair skills
- Experience with B737s, C-130s, helicopters, and business jets
- Own structures-related tools and lead projects with minimal supervision
